1. Pick up your order at the Alta Serviss SIA store
When ordering fr om our online store, sel ect the "Pickup" delivery option.
After our representative confirms your order is ready via SMS, pick up your order at our store located at 13 Vagonu Street, Riga.
Business Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
You can pay for your order:
- Cash
- Payment cards (except American Express)
- Bank transfer (Upon receiving an invoice and paying it in advance)
- Online payment (After placing an order online, you can choose to pay via Paysera by card or through your online bank)
2. Courier delivery within Riga
After our representative confirms your order is ready via SMS, pick up your order at our store located at 13 Vagonu Street, Riga.

You can pay for your order:
- Cash
- Payment cards (except American Express)
- Bank transfer (Upon receiving an invoice and paying it in advance)
- Online payment (After placing an order online, you can choose to pay via Paysera by card or through your online bank)
2. Courier delivery within Riga
Delivery cost: EUR 7.00
After receiving your order, our representative will contact you to arrange the exact delivery time. Your order will be delivered to your address using our company's transport
If your order is received before 11:00 AM, it will be delivered the same day.
If your order is received after 11:00 AM, it will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery is available on weekdays fr om 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Please note that delivery to your front door is only available (delivery to apartments is not available).
When choosing this delivery method, payment is possible:
- Cash upon receipt of the goods
- Bank transfer (The order will be delivered after payment is received in the account)
- Online payment (after placing an order in the online store, you can choose to pay via Paysera by card or through online banking)

Delivery cost: EUR 7.00
Your order will be delivered by shipping company to the address you specified the next business day if payment for the goods is received before 1:00 PM
Delivery is carried out on business days fr om 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but it is not possible to determine the exact time, so please provide the address wh ere you will be located during this time.
Please note that goods are delivered only to the first door (delivery to apartments is not provided).
When choosing this delivery method, you can pay by:
- Bank transfer (your order will be delivered after payment is received)
- Online payment (after placing an order in the online store, you can choose to pay via Paysera by card or through your online bank)

4. Delivery via Omniva parcel machines
Delivery cost: EUR 3.70
When placing an order on the altaserviss.lv website, select the "Omniva" delivery method and select the parcel machine wh ere you would like to pick up your order. After receiving payment, we will ship your order, and within 1-2 business days, you will receive an SMS message informing you of its delivery to your chosen location, along with pickup instructions. Please note the size and weight restrictions:
The maximum parcel dimensions are 64 x 38 x 19 cm. The maximum weight is up to 30 kg.
When choosing this delivery method, payment is possible:
- Bank transfer (The order will be delivered after payment is received)
- Online payment (after placing an order in the online store, you can choose to pay via Paysera by card or through online banking)

5. Delivery via DPD parcel machines
Delivery cost: EUR 3.00 (Free delivery for orders over EUR 50)
When placing an order on the Altaserviss.lv website, select the "DPD parcel machine" delivery method and select the parcel machine where you would like to pick up your order. After receiving payment for the item, we will ship your order. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an SMS message informing you that your order has been delivered to your chosen location, along with pickup instructions. Your order must be picked up within 3 business days of receiving the SMS message or email.
Please note the size and weight restrictions:
The maximum parcel dimensions are 36 x 43 x 61 cm. The maximum weight is up to 31.5 kg.
When choosing this delivery method, you can pay by:
