MANNOL STP Grease Ester is a general purpose lubricating grease made on the basis of highly refined mineral oils with a calcium soap thickener supplemented with synthetic esters and anti oxidation and anti corrosion additives The oil base is mineral oil with a viscosity of 90–110 mm²/s at 40 °C It is intended for temporary lubrication of automotive chassis pins joints and guides within an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C The soft consistency makes it easier to use lubrication equipment such as pneumatic grease guns The grease is resistant to cold water exposure Not suitable for rolling bearings and water jet pumps Synthetic esters significantly improve the anti wear anti scuffing and anti friction properties of the grease Operating properties are retained from -20 °C to +60 °C It has excellent water resistance and reliably protects against corrosion during long term operation in contaminated environments It has improved pumpability making it easier to use with grease guns The grease maintains its consistency during long term storage Shelf life 5 years from production date Applications include various sliding units such as kingpins pins and sliding guides Can also be used as a preservative material Not allowed for use in rolling bearings and water jet pumps
