BOLL 2in1 Body Protection & Sprayable Seam Sealer Black 0070115 BOLL 2in1 0070115 is a professional black body protection coating and sprayable seam sealer combined in one product. Based on rubber and synthetic resins, it forms a durable and flexible protective layer that helps protect vehicle body components against mechanical damage, stone chips, corrosion, moisture and road salt. The product is suitable for protecting sills, bumpers, spoilers and other body components, as well as for sealing welded seams and joints between sheet-metal body panels. Its spray application allows the structure of the original factory coating to be reproduced. Once fully dry, the surface can be overpainted with automotive paint systems. Mask adjacent areas that are not to be treated. Before use, shake the container thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes, remove the protective cap and attach a suitable spray gun. As a body protection coating: apply with a spray gun at approximately 3–6 bar from a distance of 25–30 cm. The final texture can be adjusted by changing the air pressure and spraying distance. As a sprayable seam sealer: apply at approximately 1.5–2 bar from a distance of 1–2 cm. Flash-off time between coats: approximately 10–15 minutes. The surface can normally be painted after approximately 3 hours. When using water-based paints, allow approximately 24 hours before painting. Important: Do not spray towards the engine, gearbox, brake components or exhaust system. Always follow the technical data sheet and safety instructions before use. Storage: Protect from excessively low and high temperatures and direct sunlight. Store in a dry place. Shelf life – 2 years from the production date stated on the packaging.
