BOLL 0010122 Plastic Primer Spray, 400 ml BOLL Plastic Primer Spray 0010122 is a fast-drying single-component plastic adhesion primer designed to improve adhesion between plastic surfaces and subsequent paint or lacquer coatings. Thanks to its flexible formulation, it is especially suitable for preparing automotive plastic parts before painting. The primer helps ensure reliable and uniform adhesion of the subsequent coating to the plastic surface. BOLL Plastic Primer is ideal for bumpers, spoilers, decorative trims, plastic housings and other automotive plastic components requiring an adhesion-promoting primer before painting. The primer is colourless, so it does not significantly alter the colour of the substrate and can be used beneath a wide range of paint colours. A suitable silicone remover is recommended. Before use, shake the aerosol thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes. Apply 2–3 thin coats. Spraying distance: approximately 15–20 cm. Flash-off time between coats: approximately 5–10 minutes. After approximately 45 minutes, the surface can be painted. After use, turn the container upside down and spray briefly until the valve and nozzle are clear of remaining product. Important: Do not use on heated plastic parts. Before treating the entire surface, it is recommended to test compatibility with the specific plastic material on a small, inconspicuous area. Storage: Protect the product from excessively low and high temperatures and direct sunlight. Store in a dry place. Shelf life – 2 years from the date stated on the packaging.
