It is designed for restoring, repairing and refinishing plastic components while providing excellent adhesion and a durable structural finish. The product is particularly suitable for automotive bumpers, mouldings, trims, plastic body panels, mirror housings and other plastic parts. Once dry, it creates an attractive and durable black matt textured surface, helping restore the original appearance of automotive plastic components. One of the major advantages of BOLL Structure Lacquer for Plastic is that it can be applied directly to properly prepared plastic surfaces without a separate primer. The product is intended for application with a spray gun. After sanding, remove dust and thoroughly degrease the surface, for example with BOLL Silicon Remover. Application: Mix the product thoroughly before use. If necessary, add no more than 5–10% BOLL Acrylic Thinner. Spray gun nozzle: 1.5–2.0 mm Operating pressure: 1.8–2.5 bar Number of coats: 2–3 Flash-off time between coats: 5–10 minutes Drying time: approximately 6 hours at +20°C After complete drying, the textured coating can be painted if required.
